Bentley's bespoke coachbuilding division, Mulliner, has designed an exclusive key case to mark the centennial of the company. It is made from Dark stained Walnut with Piano Black Veneer and includes an eagle-like "B" paperweight keys, as well as an unreleased booklet with 1930s 8 Litre images.

This is a great method to welcome a brand new owner of a vehicle.

Aesthetics

Bentley is a company that takes its aesthetics seriously. This is evident in the precise placement of its quilting as well as the use of leather that is made from by-products of cattle and sustainable managed forests, and the innovative patterns of its levers. As you approach a vehicle like the Continental GT W12, its beautiful sculptural design is highlighted by carefully selected lighting.

The Continental GT is Bentley's most sophisticated open-top car. The rear of the tonneau in the Continental GT, for instance it was the largest piece of dark-stained Burr Walnut veneer that was book-matched. Similarly, the electrically-operated glass sunroof and champagne cooler that incorporated hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal bottles marked a new benchmark in luxury and innovation.

Bentley is the most sought-after automobile brand in the world due to its distinctive design and workmanship. The company is constantly pushing the boundaries using the most advanced technologies and hand-crafted products. This includes the introduction of an electronic tilt-opening rear sunroof as well as a hand-crafted Apple iPad docking station.

Bentley celebrated its 100th anniversary in the year 2019 one hundred years after it was founded. The marque, which is now owned by Volkswagen independently following years of dispute with BMW and BMW, has planned a range of special launches and events to celebrate this milestone. Before the pandemic planning took center stage, the marque was hosting a variety of special events and launches planned to mark this significant occasion.

In addition to a suite of exquisitely executed styling tweaks, the Mulsanne is powered by twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre W12 engine that is capable of producing 560bhp as well as 479lbft of torque. This incredible power is complemented by a new suspension design that gives Bentley's signature hushed ride.

In celebration of its Centenary, Bentley introduced a bespoke specification called the Centenary Specification for cars built in 2019. The cabin features cross-stitching and contrast stitching in Centenary Gold throughout. The Bentley Wings on the headrests and seats are embossed in Centenary Gold, adding to the feeling of celebration. A bespoke Bentley key case is included in the Centenary Specification, making the Bentley experience all-inclusive.

Function

The Bentley Mulsanne Key features two buttons one of which opens the trunk, and the second that is used to start the vehicle. The key also has a switch for turning on the parking brake. There is a knob to fold and unfold the mirrors while parking in tight spaces. Using this feature can assist you in getting into and out of your vehicle more easily.

The key is made from vegetable tanned leather and takes over two days to create each one. It is cut by hand and shaped, then sewn, sealed and polished to give an extremely high-end finish. It is durable and compact, and will fit the Bentley key perfectly. Its design is similar to the Volkswagen Phaeton's large car key, however it feels heavier and more premium.

It also comes with Secure-A-Key that helps to prevent theft of keys with no key. The device is placed inside the remote control key fob and stops it after a couple of minutes of inactivity.  bentley key  stops thieves from transmitting the key's frequency to other devices that are able to unlock and start the vehicle.

Bentley's unique design is a reflection of the company's values that include high-quality craftsmanship engineering expertise and modern technology. The headquarters in Crewe house more than 4000 employees responsible for the design, development, and production of Bentley vehicles. These workers utilize skills that have been handed down through generations and apply them to the latest in automotive technology. This is a characteristic of British manufacturing at its finest.

Personalisation

Bentley's Mulliner division allows customers to design their car. The guests sit at a collection of images, referred to "mood stations" and choose a selection of photos ranging from scenic landscapes to sporting events that will inspire them to design their own. Every time a choice is made the pattern that emerges is the model, color and style preferences for the personalized Bentley.

The resulting configuration is stored on individual R.F.I.D.-enabled keys, which are presented to the guests in a handmade key case. Keys can be adorned with Bentley Muliner Personalised welcome lamps that illuminate the path of the entrance door, and display the owner's name or logo as they approach the car.

Bentley estimates it takes approximately 500 man-hours to craft and put together the typical Mulsanne. A key to that time-consuming effort is a deliberate refusal to take advantage of modern technology. The Crewe factory workers do not make use of a machine to create perfectly matched cross stitched leather seats. Instead they do it by hand. And rather than using the car's built-in sensors guide it into parallel and perpendicular parking spots, drivers have to perform the task by hand.
